We have compromised a chart based on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Admiration (TSA) and Kenyan law of what is allowed to send over. We have also indicated what is insured under weight value and our optional insurance for retail value in the event of any lost articles.

Goods sourced from outside the United States or the United Kingdom

While you can easily source goods from China or other countries that will deliver to our warehouses, we will not insure them and we do not recommend purchasing such since the delivery dates can be long and sometimes not trackable. Unfortunately, we are not able to pay customs and duty on your behalf prior to the package being delivered to our UK and/or US warehouses.

Such goods are often of inferior quality and lack sufficient information to meet standards set forth by KEBS. They are likely to be rejected and we are not liable for such goods.
